Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours after delivery to notify us of any issues. After the 24 hours  you forfeit any and all rights to a refund/exchange.Please e-mail us a picture of the defective item plushcouturellc@icloud.com

To start a return, you can contact us at plushcouturellc@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Orders cancelled within 3 hours of order will receive a full refund. Any and all orders cancelled after time allowed forfeits all rights  to a full refund. 
A 30% re-stock fee will apply! On the event of a cancellation, Store credit will be issued. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You may exchange any damaged goods for same item only. In the case of damaged item is no longer in stock, you may exchange for a item of same value. Absolutely NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! PLUSH COUTURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPPING. SUBMIT ALL CLAIMS TO CARRIER. INSURANCE CLAIMS ARE LIMITED UP TO $100.
